Frequently Asked Questions

What is BSE Epoxy?

BSE (Brush & Spray Epoxy) is Nodig's two-component epoxy resin for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. Available in two colours for visual layer control. Made in Croatia, designed for ProLight systems.

What is the shelf life of epoxy cartridges?

Unopened cartridges stored according to instructions typically have a shelf life of 12 months. Check the expiry date before use.

What is the curing time for BSE Epoxy?

Curing time depends on temperature and humidity. At 20°C and normal humidity, initial cure is typically 2–4 hours. Full mechanical strength is reached within 24 hours.

Does the pipe need to be completely dry before applying epoxy?

Yes. Moisture on the pipe wall prevents proper adhesion. The surface must be mechanically cleaned, dry and at the correct temperature before application.
